I aimed to sell and close same day, was extremely nervous, there were times I felt down and felt like giving up, but Helen made sure I focused on the positive and was determined to make my sale come through and complete successfully. I would have never sold this place if it wasn't for Helen. From day 1 to closing, she was there guiding me every step of the way. Not just as a realtor but an life coach in what is such a difficult milestone in life. We faced a lot of challenges due to COVID-19 and tightened restrictions when it came to lenders, but she worked hard to find us a lender that would work with us and did her best to help us overcome those obstacles. We had a firm budget we needed to abide by and in the end she helped us find a home that checked all our boxes!
